Idolatry (of
any kind) leads to DESTRUCTION (1 Kings
God seeks the REDEMPTION

HUMILITY of the most wicked (when judged by Elijah—1 Kings
The eyes of God are UPON YOU (Killed in battle when disguised—1 Kings 22)
THIS WEEK:
1. In all that you do, seek to HONOR GOD above all else. Put nothing in your life ahead of God—finances, position, comfort—nothing. This is most difficult within the “small” or “insignificant things” of life…so be aware and be careful.
2. Watch for God’s seeking of REDEMPTION. Look at every individual you see—no matter how wicked their lifestyle—as one that God seeks to rescue from sin and death.
3. Live
for an AUDIENCE OF ONE. Remember that
God sees all you do—the good, the bad, the ugly—and God sees the condition of
your heart too.
