God

“God made me fast. And when I run, I feel His
pleasure.”

Hebrews 11:6  And without faith it is impossible to
please God, because anyone who comes to him must
believe that he exists and that he rewards those who
earnestly seek him.

Focus:  You impact your world the most, when you 
live a life of faith.                                                              
 

 1.                   The Flying Scotsman

 2          2 .         God surrounds you in the circumstances you can best serve Him

--Your family, nation, and address are from God

            Acts 17:26

--Your education, hobbies, and abilities combine with your spiritual gifts in your service

            1 Corinthians 12:4-6

3        .Faith is lived out through how God has made you and understanding He comes first

--God must always remain the first priority, not your “shape”

            Galatians 2:20

--Your honor comes from honoring God

            1 Samuel 2:30

4.                  God makes you a strategic person

--Your gifts have many applications, use them with wisdom

Ephesians 5:15-16

--Let your life be a complete surrender

            Hebrews 11:6

--Acknowledging the circumstances God has placed me in can be used by Him

--Evaluating my life in that I choose God’s plan over asking Him to bless my own

2.                  Who is watching us as we run the race of the Christian life?

3.                  What should their witness cause us to do?

4.                  Where should our focus be in life?

5.                  How did Jesus set the example for this focus?

6.                  How does should this encourage us?

7.                  Who watches you on a weekly basis? (Not from heaven, but from earth)

8.                  How well are you setting the example for them?

9.                  When do you feel God’s pleasure?

10.              What are two things you can do this week to be more focused on the race Christ puts before you?
